Need a weekend away? I think we all do after the last few months. The COVID-19 Pandemic turned Lockdown has brought so much to the surface for all of us. We missed the outdoors more than we could have ever imagined, so we figured now was a better time than ever to act on our desire to tent camp!

Here is a time lapse video of Serkan and I prepping the backing for a project with Pure Leafe. You will see us do a test run of the concept design using hibiscus flowers and a black square mocking the ‘Pure Leaf’ logo. We enjoy every second of what we do. At times it can get frustrating and feel like nothing is going as planned but with hard work and focus we push through.

Chelsea is hands down one of the best neighborhoods to explore in Manhattan. There are more art galleries and street art installations than you can count! We frequently take the NYWaterways Ferry across the river to explore this magical area. The Highline offers a getaway from the city streets but be sure to hop on and off, the secrets of Chelsea's charm is hidden in the quiet streets just below.

Before we made the switch over to Naturalist Wall Gardens we attended the ASID science of design. It took place at the Liberty Science Center in Jersey City, NJ. We had the opportunity to meet with the CEO of ASID while discussing the benefits of biophilic design.

For five consecutive years, Naturalist has been a part of the interior design industries best tradeshow. The start-studded Architectural Digest Home Design Show located at the Jacob Javits Center in New York City draws a crowd from around the world. The HGTV a-listers roam the show searching for newness not anywhere else in the world.
